The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is currently seeking to appoint 2 x APS6 Payroll Team Leaders to join their supportive, friendly, and collaborative Pay & Conditions team.
These hybrid positions can be located in Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney.
Remuneration : The annual salary range for these positions is APS6 - $90,199 to $102,499 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.

About the opportunity :
The Pay & Conditions team is responsible for the management and administration of all payroll systems and processes, including maintaining complete and accurate employee data and documenting processes.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Pay & Conditions, the Payroll Team Leader role is varied and extremely rewarding with the opportunity to work with both APS staff and Tribunal members within a national, values-driven organisation.
The successful candidates will lead and manage a small and collaborative payroll team responsible for the administration of all payroll systems and processes, including but not limited to delivering pay and conditions for staff and members, ensuring deadlines and statutory obligations are met.
Your responsibilities will include allocating workload, setting priorities, training and coaching new staff members, ensuring service levels are met, and providing advice to team members and senior staff on employment conditions.
