About the Role The Financial Crimes Services (FCS) brings together key capabilities to disrupt financial crime & deliver on our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community. This role will join the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) OCM team, supporting the execution of the Group's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) strategic initiatives. The team aims to simplify changes for our people and customers, fostering trust, flexibility, transparency, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities Lead change management and business engagement for complex change delivery. Conduct detailed change impact assessments. Develop and implement change strategies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. Design change impact and readiness metrics, and track adoption and success. Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and solve problems. Ideal Candidate Profile Proactive, autonomous approach with an agile mindset. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience in delivering change strategies in large, complex environments. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
