Hours : 1 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM (Evening Shift)

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified Pastry Allrounder to join our high-quality production kitchen. This is a full-time role , Monday to Friday , perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced , team-oriented environment. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team that values quality, consistency, and creativity.

What We're Looking For

A professional Pastry Chef that holds an Australian PR or citizenship Proven pastry experience across a variety of products Strong cake-making skills, from classic to modern styles Solid baking experience, including consistent quality and timing Confident with lamination techniques and croissant / puff pastry production Must have finished a 4 year apprenticeship Completed Certificate III in Patisserie (Pastry)

Fine dining experience is a highly regarded bonus.
