Receptionist

• Requirements
• Incoming and outbound calls;
• Greeting visitors and providing refreshments;
• Processing donations, payments and orders made via telephone, website and in person;

Maintaining donor database and drafting communications; and

• Other administrative tasks as required.
• About You
• Interest in Catholicism and alignment with Australian TFP's mission;
• Demonstrable experience in a similar reception or administration role;
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner;
• Experience in working in the not-for-profit space is highly regarded but not essential; and
• Intermediate or higher competence in MS Office suite.
