Mobilisation & Training Coordinator

Due to the recent award of an ongoing long term LNG maintenance contract, Ventia are currently seeking a Mobilisation and Training Administrator to join our TAR (Shutdown) team. This position will see you based in Perth coordinating the mobilisation and training needs of a blue

• and white-collar workforce. With onsite support when needed for the TAR (Shutdown) event. This fast paced and diverse role will require you to be fast thinking, highly organised and have excellent time management skills.
• Duties will include but not limited to : _
• Database management
• Booking & management of training courses for employees
• All administrative tasks involved in training actives
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels
• High volume travel & accommodation bookings
• Assisting with on boarding of white and blue collar staff
• Management of complex training matrix's
• Procurement & issuing of PPE
• Skills & Experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Exposure to CVS, ERMS or similar highly regarded
• Advanced user of Excel, Power point, MS Word & Office outlook
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must enjoy fast paced evolving environment
