Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer with Baseline Clearance - Canberra

Over 10+ years of experience with Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience :

managing Microsoft and Cloud-based IT infrastructure and system administration (i.e. Active Directory, Windows Servers, Azure IaaS and PaaS, M365)

with backups and restore applications, tools and procedures (please specify applications and tools)

managing LAN, WAN, WLAN (please specify vendors and device types) in an enterprise environment or government agency with a Windows 10- or Windows 11- based SOE

Minimum 2 years' experience managing Linux servers

Demonstrable hands-on experience in the monitoring of networked devices and other assets, using monitoring applications and tools

Demonstrable hands-on experience with Asset Management applications tools to manage an asset register

Hands-on experience with InTune, application packaging and automated deployment

At least 6 months' experience in the use of ServiceNow for IT Service Management

Minimum expert-level relevant Microsoft certification

Network or IT security industry certifications

Deep familiarity with Azure Resource Manager

Other industry certifications (ITIL, project management etc)

ServiceNow configuration experience

Automation experience
