Property Manager

Joining the team you will be working alongside a very supportive and experienced team. You will be managing and growing a property portfolio asd a property manager with all aspects of day to day property management.

• Duties including
• Conducting Routine Inspections for our Portfolio
• Assisting with maintenance requests from tenants
• Arranging and conducting property inspections
• Conducting open homes throughout mid-week & Saturday
• Compiling property reports after appraisals to advice clients
• Skills and experience
• Current NSW Driver License
• Current Certificate of Registration
• Preferably 1+ Years experience in a similar field
• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Basic word and excel skills

• 50,643.33 - $106,836.90 per year

Schedule :

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only

Supplemental pay types :
