Job descriptionDevelop and distribute engaging, brand-infused content for the web, email, press, newsletter and social media. Contribute to brand development, ensuring messaging is clear, aligned, and engaging across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints. Maintain the marketing calendar, keeping projects on track and ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and execution. Develop visual assets and branded materials and / or collaborate with external creative teams where necessary. Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights and provide regular reports and recommendations. Assist with public relations and communications initiatives such as employee newsletter, announcements, and media outreach. Support marketing events, trade shows, or conferences with promotion and materials. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the team. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Highly creative with attention to detail. Experience with social media platform management and basic knowledge of digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems like WordPress. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of projects. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

We’re seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our Kewdale-based team.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and strategic messaging across a range of platforms. From coordinating campaigns and managing social media to producing compelling content and supporting internal communications — you’ll help shape how our brand connects with customers and stakeholders.
