About The Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Communications to join our Clients & Markets team.
This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating high-quality content and communications to support business growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
External communications : Support content marketing strategies across service lines and sectors, collaborating with senior team members to deliver brand-aligned content and campaigns.
Internal communications : Drive staff engagement through meaningful internal communications related to a designated portfolio, fostering cross-functional understanding and celebrating successes.
Marketing reporting : Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to enhance engagement and lead generation.
Client experience & BD support : Work with BD and client experience teams to develop content supporting the client journey and business development.
Project coordination : Assist in planning and executing communication projects that strengthen client relationships and firm visibility.
Events & sponsorships : Leverage content opportunities around events and sponsorships to nurture relationships and amplify impact.
Media relations : Support media engagement activities and identify opportunities to repurpose media content for broader marketing use.
What We're Looking For
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Experience with content marketing campaigns.
A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
