Entry Level Executive Assistant The opportunity As our Entry Level Executive Assistant, you'll have an outstanding opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record of strategic problem-solving and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a high-stakes industry. Please note the role is offered on a 12-month contract basis.

This role is based in Sydney.

Your key responsibilities Strategically organize and manage complex diaries, including travel and accommodationExpense processing, adhering to firm deadlinesMeeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservationsWhat we look for To be considered for this role you must have the following skills

A minimum of 2 years' work experience as an administrative or team assistant, who is looking for the next step to becoming an executive assistantDemonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersA decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams with sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive mattersHigh motivation and the ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholder expectationsIdeally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
