In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and sustainable management of facilities including construction, maintenance, and security. You'll be working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where adaptability and a proactive mindset are key.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate various contracted services and activities across multiple locations
Ensure safe and sustainable property asset management
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards
Support compliance with safety, operational, and contractual requirements
About You :
Experience in facilities or contract management highly regarded
Strong communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and collaborative
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
