About the Opportunity :

PARC Engineering is seeking skilled & experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our FIFO projects (20 : 8 Roster).

Key responsibilities include :

• Supervising Construction and Commissioning Contractors, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensuring all construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant systems, processes, and statutory requirements.
• Ensuring all personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their work.
• Generating work packages, assigning tasks, and supervising resources as needed.
• Reviewing work execution with team members, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
• Developing and reviewing contractors' work method statements, work procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Supporting contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA / QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning, and reporting.
• Reporting directly to the Electrical Superintendent and / or Pre-Commissioning Superintendent / Manager.
• Participating in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings to ensure work schedule alignment.
