In this role you will :
Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the Customer Care Business Group to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions.Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as requiredProvide Tier 1 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the systemManage Salesforce application using Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots and report typesValidate Salesforce rules and custom workflowsKnowledge of architecting integration Solution between SFDC and External SystemsKnowledge on Lighting Enablement, Aura framework and Lightning web components.Proficiency in SFDC development environment includingIDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web ServicesDesign, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance and riskDeploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggersKnowledge of Agile methodology and sprint-based project deliveryExperience with SOQL and SOSL queriesKey Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team :
4+ years of experience developing custom applications on Salesforce development environment includingIDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web ServicesSolid understanding of Salesforce, such as configuration, workflows, triggers, managing custom objects, fields, formulas,IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services, Lighting Enablement, Aura framework and Lightning web components.Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignmentsMust be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagementMust be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team membersExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills
