As a Senior Field Technician youll utilise your people and technical skills to make a meaningful and lasting impact putting smiles on our customers faces bringing more possibilities to Australian homes and businesses and propelling our nation into the future.

A bit about your role

In your day to day work youll be the backbone that keeps Australia connected delivering endtoend service to homes and businesses across the nation. From installation to repair and maintenance youll see the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer. Youll collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team with opportunities for coaching mentorship and career progression at every step.

A bit about you

To thrive in this role youll be an autonomous and motivated selfstarter with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs . Youll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job. Ideal candidates for this role will have an ACMA license preferably with a cert 3 or cert 4 in telecommunications and draw on their dedication drive and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity and solutions with a smile every day .

Availability to work required hours within the 7am 7pm timeslot and travel to areas of work away from your nominal place of residence where
