Job descriptionProven experience in a similar role (customer service / automotive) Ability to type minimum 50wpm Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc) Ability to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients Ability to work effectively independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English Benefits Employee discount 8 hour shift Commission Performance bonus Weekly bonus How many words per minute can you type? Would you like to specialise in the SPARE PARTS or CAR AUDIO department? Experience Customer service : 1 year (preferred) Australia (required)
We are looking for talented individuals who share the same passion for everything Automotive. Whether you are into the classics, muscle cars, JDM, Euro, 4WD Off-Road, you will be joining a team of equally enthusiastic car fanatics.
This is a FULL TIME position for Spare Parts Sales or Car Audio Sales.
About the role :
- Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise
- Making unhappy customers happy
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Rotating roster with 1-2 Saturday's per month
- Closed Sundays and Public holidays
The successful applicant will possess :
Pay : $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
