Job descriptionKey responsibilities will include Designing and documenting processes that positively impact information sharing and management practices Assisting in determining content management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content Conducting needs assessments to identify document sharing requirements of business units or end users Preparing support documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems Researching, updating and managing retention schedules in accordance with applicable legislative and business requirements What you will bring to the role 2+ years of professional experience in Information / Records Management and / or Corporate Governance. The ability to quickly gain familiarity with different laws, regulations and frameworks (e.g. MGA regulations, Corporations Act 2001, GDPR, etc.). Experience in project management and process development Familiarity with Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills About VGW

You will be the creator of the Information GovernancePlaybook for VGW! You will implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow our global team members to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents according to new and existing policies, standards and legislation.
