About the Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the delivery of safety and environmental programs within our Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability (HSES) team. This is a hands-on role that supports the coordination of training, record-keeping, reporting and compliance activities across multiple projects and business units.
You'll work closely with our General Manager,HSES Advisors and Managers to manage documentation, incident reports, training compliance and registers – and help us deliver meaningful outcomes that support our people and the planet.
What You'll Bring to the Team Proven experience in an administration role, ideally within construction, infrastructure or HSESStrong communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitudeExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilityConfidence working with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and digital systemsAn interest in safety, sustainability or compliance is an advantageWhy You Should Work With Us
