Free onsite parking Our Culture What your day looks like Provide HSE advice and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures. Assist in risk assessments, implement risk control measures, and promote safe work practices. Deliver HSE training, including inductions, emergency procedures, and safety awareness initiatives. Conduct workplace audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure HSE compliance and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate HSE records, support compliance with SafetyOne Standards, and assist with emergency preparedness and response planning. The Ingredients for Success Tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (Certificate IV or higher); First Aid certification is a plus. 2-3 years' experience in a Workplace Health and Safety advisory role within a high-risk environment, with knowledge of Australian Workplace Health and Safety legislation and standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels of employees. Proactive problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of risk management and incident reporting processes. Experience in FMCG facilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Workplace Health and Safety management software, with experience using risk assessment tools and safety auditing systems.
