About the Role Based at their main hub in Euroa , you'll be the go-to for day-to-day health, safety and environmental support across multiple farming and processing sites. The role includes hands-on coaching along with leading the rollout of the Safety Management System (SMS).

While primarily based in Euroa, there will be occasional travel to nearby Victorian sites (Maryborough, Kurac and Thomastown).

Key Responsibilities include : Develop and implement site-based HSE plans. Coach leaders and teams on hazard management and incident prevention. Conduct investigations, safety walk-throughs, audits and toolbox talks. Maintain safety systems and records (Rapid Global). Liaise with the EPA and support reporting, permits and site compliance. Assist with RTW and injury management when required. About You Qualifications in WHS and / or Environmental Management. Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001. Experience in a blue collar environment or operational setting. Great people skills, confident working with both senior leaders and on-site teams. Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally as needed. Why you'll love it Newly created role - a chance to step in early and shape how HSE is done.
