About the Role Reporting to the Head of Safety and working as part of a wider HSE team, this role offers true variety and impact. You'll be the key safety leader on site, driving a proactive safety culture while providing hands-on support and guidance across the operation. As part of the site leadership team, you'll play a strategic role in influencing continuous improvement while staying close to day-to-day operations. This is a full end-to-end safety role that blends boots-on-ground engagement with high-level collaboration.

Key Responsibilities include : Championing a strong and visible safety culture across the siteProviding practical safety support and coaching to leaders and frontline teamsLeading incident investigations, risk assessments, and compliance auditsSupporting the implementation and continuous improvement of safety systems and proceduresCollaborating closely with the broader HSE team across the businessDelivering key safety training and facilitating toolbox talksAdvising on legislative and regulatory requirements, ensuring ongoing complianceAbout You You are an experienced and confident health and safety professional who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you build trusted relationships at all levels. You're self-driven, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Experience in manufacturing or similar industrial settings will be highly regarded.
