Join to apply for the Casual Educator role at Eden Academy At Eden Academy Werribee operates from 7 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 92 children to explore , grow, and thrive.

In Your Role As a Casual Educator

You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

What You'll Bring :

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent) A current Working with Children Check Full Australian working rights A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave.
