This role is critical to advancing our micro-segmentation strategy and enhancing the security posture of our infrastructure, particularly across bare metal and virtual workloads not protected by VMware NSX.You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing Illumio Core solutions, while also contributing to broader network security initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge security technologies in a high-impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, deployment, and management of Illumio Core for micro-segmentation across physical and virtual infrastructure.Diagnose and resolve issues related to Illumio deployment, including network traffic flows, security policies, segmentation, and application connectivity.Develop and enforce application segmentation policies using Illumio's visibility and enforcement modes.Collaborate with architecture, DevSecOps, and application teams to define and implement Zero Trust segmentation strategies.Monitor and manage Illumio SaaS PCE performance, system health, and integration with SIEM / SOAR platforms.Conduct policy reviews, traffic flow analysis, and incident response using Illumio's visualization and enforcement tools.Support compliance and assist with audits and maintain relevant policies and procedures.Manage Virtual Enforcement Node lifecycle, including deployment, updates, and logging configurations.Support integration with tools such as SCCM, Ansible, Satellite, and Intune for automated deployment.Collaborate with teams managing Cisco WSA, Stealthwatch, Umbrella, Microsoft GSA, and other network security platforms.Lead security investigations, coordinate responses, and document outcomes for future resilience.Develop, track, and deliver regular cyber metrics and updates from across IT systems and 3rd parties.Required Skills & Experience5+ years in Network Security, with 2+ years must hands-on experience with Illumio Core (PCE and VEN).Deep understanding of micro-segmentation, Zero Trust architecture, and east-west traffic control.Experience with Cisco security tools (WSA, Stealthwatch, Umbrella) and Microsoft GSA.Familiarity with SIEM / SOAR platforms, firewall policy management, and network visibility tools.Strong grasp of network protocols, firewall rules, and traffic flow analysis.Experience with automated deployment tools and agent-based security models.Solid understanding of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) and cloud environments.Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).Strong communication and collaboration skills-able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred CertificationsIllumio Certified Professional (or equivalent hands-on experience)Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate / CCNP SecurityCompTIA Security+ / CySA+Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Contact : for more details.
