We are currently seeking a driven and attention-to-detail focused individual to join our professional Permits Team based at our stunning Robina office on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Permits, Covenants and Contracts Team Leader, your responsibilities will include : Prepare documentation and liaise with relevant Councils to arrange the prompt lodgment of plans and necessary building approvals to enable the construction process to commence in a timely mannerAssisting with land compliance assessmentsChecking of the site start list and ensure actions are taken when requiredMake sure all administration procedures and policies are adhered toGenerating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendationsLiaising with external service providers and internal departments; andPreparation of permit documentation for the building process.

The successful candidate will have : Minimum 3 years technical building industry experience - ideally in permitsA sound understanding of Local Council and Consent Authority approvals processExceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectationsEnthusiasm and a passion for customer serviceStrong administrative skillsOutstanding organisational and time management capabilities andThe ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
