In this role you are responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on agreements entered into by the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS)
In this role you will :
- Manage and maintain agreements entered into by the CHHHS and research, develop, implement and evaluate support systems, policies and work practices that enable the contract register to operate effectively.
- Provide high level, timely advice to support achievement of CHHHS's strategic plan and ensure that all staff responsible for managing contracts are effectively planning and meeting agreed timeframes.
- Support and assist the CHHHS in strategic and operational management of all agreements and assist with the identification of factors that affect the operation on contracts management within CHHHS.
- Develop and maintain communication strategies with a view to building professional client relationships entered into by CHHHS.
