A Solutions Engineer will work within our Solutions Engineering team and will support the Sales Team as a vertical Subject Matter Expert. Your primary objective will be to understand the challenges faced by prospective clients and demonstrate how our solutions can address their needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct indepth consultations Discovery and needs assessments to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate our products and solutions to potential customers leading with how the solution will resolve their pain and showcasing their features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized presentations proposals and solution designs tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives Directors Managers and IT professionals to gain buyin for our solutions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on industry best practices standards and regulations where applicable
• Participating in industry events conferences and seminars to promote our companys expertise
• Keeping abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
• Design develop and maintain product demonstration environments based on key Verticals & Territories
• Provide guidance to Product / PreSales Support Team to maintain real time data in Demo Environments

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3 years proven experience in PreSales Sales Engineering Consulting or Management roles within the Safety Environmental or Health Management industry.

A degree in Business Administration Engineering EHS Management or relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Lean ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor CSP ASP or CIH is a plus.)

Strong understanding of product management software solutions and platforms.

Familiarity with SaaS models including their benefits API integration interoperability and data warehousing.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex EHS concepts and persuasively convey the value of software solutions.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a customercentric approach.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in fastpaced collaborative teamoriented environments.

Proven track record of managing multiple PreSales engagements simultaneously.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Professional demeanor with a selfmotivated detailoriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
