SCSS / Children, Youth & Family Services are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Workers to join our team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day care and support to young people. Your responsibilities will include ensuring their safety, promoting their well-being, and assisting them in achieving their personal goals.

Prior to commencement in this role, team members must hold or be eligible to hold : Blue Card for Working with Children, NDIS Worker Screening, Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2), hold or be willing to enrol into a Cert 4 or higher recognised qualification and a valid unrestricted drivers licence.
