About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Aged Care Workers to join our team at Seaview Village. You will provide direct care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and quality of life are always at the centre of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver personal care, support daily living, and assist with mobility needs
Encourage social engagement and emotional well-being
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
Support medication compliance under supervision
Maintain accurate records and support documentation
Contribute to a culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive care environment

What You’ll Bring :

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (required)

Previous experience in residential aged care (desirable)

Understanding of person-centred care and cultural safety

Strong communication and teamwork skills

National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)

Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

Valid Driver’s Licence
