Aged Care Workers play a vital role by providing quality, responsive, and compassionate care that fosters trusted, long-term relationships with older persons. Working closely with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and the healthcare team, you will deliver person-centred care to support the well-being of older persons.

If you are an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Worker seeking a new challenge, FIFO work could be ideal. We offer an organized swing roster with regular rotations and known leave dates, allowing you to plan your life accordingly. We prioritize fatigue management to ensure adequate rest between shifts. Our compensation includes above award rates, and we cover travel, accommodation, and meals, removing logistical concerns. Working in regional and remote communities provides a unique cultural experience, and you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering the best care possible.

Certificate III in Individual Support / Home and Community Care or equivalent qualificationExperience working in an Aged Care residential facility (desirable)Experience working in remote areas (desirable)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or the ability to obtain itNDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'A current P1 'C' class Queensland driver's licenseCurrent flu vaccination (recommended)About the offerThis is a remote position in the Lower Gulf on a 6-week on, 2-week off rotating roster.
