An exciting opportunity to join our Customer Engagement team supporting Class Ltd (which is part of the HUB24 group) The Marketing Manager will love taking an audience-first approach to marketing campaigns and drilling into performance through data and metrics.
You will be accountable for delivering on our customer engagement strategy and vision, via the delivery of customer acquisition, development, and retention programs to achieve revenue targets. This role will also project manage the successful execution of multi-channel, integrated campaigns to achieve business outcomes and support projects as directed by the Senior Manager, Customer Engagement.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with marketing plans and business objectives to acquire, engage and retain customers.Collaborate with the Marketing team including group specialists in Communications, PR, Digital Marketing and Brand to drive end-to-end customer engagement across all channels.Engage hands-on with Pardot marketing automation and Salesforce to setup, deploy, and analyse campaign activities.Own campaign performance reporting, with regular monitoring and analysis on leads and conversion rates to provide data driven recommendations to optimise campaign activity.Develop sales enablement content to support the Growth team and help drive sales.Work closely with the Growth team to deliver on campaign and event planning to support revenue targets.Work closely with Product team to understand the product roadmap, developing our take-to-market campaigns and delivering across communications channels to maximise customer experience.Work closely with Analytics team to ensure our Salesforce marketing dashboards are providing accurate and timely campaign reporting data.Work with Senior Manager Customer Engagement to develop ongoing campaign planning and business reporting.Support ongoing mandatory business communications to customers.Key requirementsBachelor's degree in marketing or relevant qualifications.At least 3 years' experience in marketing lead generation roles, preferably within financial services. A good understanding of accounting and SMSF segments is preferred but not essential.Advanced experience using marketing automation systems, with demonstrated Pardot experience preferred.Advanced experience in Salesforce campaign setup and reporting highly desired.Proficient in WordPress for managing website content and plug-ins.Excellent campaign reporting skills across all channels, proven ability to track leads through the funnel and report ROI on a timely basis.Track record of delivering on marketing activities to achieve business targets.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including communication and relationship building capabilities.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.THE HUB24 STORYWe think creatively and we're not constrained by traditional thinking or barriers to success.
