Job Description Key responsibilities :

Provide advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations where necessary. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking. Provide HR reporting and analytic's to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Proven experience in a HR Advisor or Generalist role. Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
