Your new role

As a Sourcing Manager within the ICT Procurement Portfolio, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across categories such as software, cloud services, telecommunications, and professional services. You’ll manage multiple sourcing events, develop and execute market engagement strategies, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver value-driven procurement outcomes. This role plays a key part in supporting both operational needs and transformative technology projects aligned with long-term strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will bring :

• Proven experience in IT strategic sourcing within large, regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing events and competing priorities
• Expertise in drafting RFx documents, evaluating responses, and negotiating contracts
• Commercial acumen, including financial modelling and supplier management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in ICT procurement, particularly in software, cloud, and professional services
• Familiarity with government ICT frameworks and SAP Ariba (highly desirable)
