We are expanding our Permanent Recruitment team and we currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant with a background in 360 recruitment.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
• Manage a database of candidates actively seeking Permanent careers in your chosen vertical
• Reach out to prospect candidates using various online tools / social platforms
• Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting resumes
• Undertaking end to end search assignments
• Consult with your candidates and clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process to ensure a successful outcome
• Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
• Invest the time to truly understand our clients in order meet key deliverables
