Working in concert with a dedicated, and rapidly growing, EMEA-wide team, you will have experience being part of a professional services, service delivery, or account management organization that has handled software solutions for large enterprise customers and possess strong domain experience contact center technologies, as well as cloud-based / SaaS solution offerings. You must have experience in complex account management for ASX 100 companies and demonstrate an ability to develop opportunities & lead with insight, whilst taking control of the customer conversation and evangelising the companies message.
