- Total Remuneration Package - $84,336 - $113,819 includes Annual Leave Loading & Superannuation + Car Options + Mobile + Laptop

In your new role you as a Key Worker, you will provide early childhood intervention services to support children with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. You will work on behalf of the Everyday Independence team who'll be supporting you to help families to break down barriers to reveal children's true abilities.
As a Key Worker you willPlan and coordinate supports with the child and family that reflect strengths based and family centered approachesDeliver supports to children and families that lead to positive outcomes, utilising a transdisciplinary key worker approachAssess and communicate the child's development and ongoing progressFacilitate a team around the child that promotes participation in family, community and cultural activitiesEnsure that supports are clearly documented, coordinated, and communicated to families and internal and external stakeholdersMeet the responsibilities of your role including positive outcomes with children and families, contributions to the team and meeting key performance indicatorsDemonstrate the values of Everyday IndependenceYour EverydayIf you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done :
