Team Leader - Randstad

We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Development Lead to work alongside our Enterprise Integration Architect. This pivotal role will support the implementation of our integration roadmap and various programs of work. You will provide expert consulting and guidance to technology development and business process teams on the application and development of integration deliverables, standards, and processes throughout the project lifecycle. Your efforts will maximise the reuse of Integration services and ensure business units receive maximum value from ICT solutions.

As part of a small expert team, this role balances hands-on technical delivery with guiding Integration Developers to ensure continuity and assurance for EIS Project deliverables and other major transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and provide technical support and guidance to Integration Developers.

Design and develop integration solutions adhering to project needs, patterns, and principles.

Develop outcome-based solutions using hybrid platforms and technologies such as Azure Integration Services, Node.js / C#, and other integration technologies.

Develop and maintain Integration Detailed Designs for solutions.

Ensure deliverables are driven by upfront design, clear documentation, and thorough unit testing.

Develop processes for efficient and quality deliverables.

Develop and implement best practices for software artifact delivery and maintenance.

Develop REST / SOAP services and solutions in accordance with SOA principles.

Perform technical troubleshooting, including fault finding and analysis of solutions.

Mandatory Requirements :

• Proficiency in Azure Integration Services : LogicApps, Functions App, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grids / hubs.
• Experience with REST and SOAP , Swagger, Open API.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and API Authentication.
