Trainer / Assessor

Are you an expert in INX Intuition with a passion for imparting knowledge and promoting safety in Mining operations? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer / Assessor to join our client on a family friendly 8 / 6 roster.

• Responsibilities
• Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of different departments within the mining operations
• Design and develop training materials, modules, and resources
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' proficiency in operating various mobile plant equipment
• Training mobile equipment operators
• Conduct inductions keeping Health and safety as an uttermost priority
• Carry out Verification of Competency (VOC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
