Job descriptionThe role Trainer & Assessor to join our Training team. This is a site based position with scope of work across multiple sites on an 8 : 6 roster. What we offer Full time position in a commercially stable environment Support with internal career development and any desirable training Retail discount across large number of stores Wellbeing support for you and your family for personal and professional matters Salary sacrifice options Diverse scope of work across multiple sites Collaborative work environment and team - your input matters Role requirements Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 Cert III in Surface Extraction Operations - Highly regarded Experience with and understanding of Verification of Competency (VOC) in the workplace Working knowledge of Learning Management principles Current Drivers License Ability to pass a National Police Clearance Demonstrated capability through past relevant employment experience Preparing and delivering training and assessment needs to apprentices, trainees, and trades people Assessing competencies in alignment to regulatory training requirements Development of training and assessment resource materials against qualifications and units of competency Administration, data input, reporting and continual improvement requirements for assessing and training.
