Lead College is seeking energetic, motivated, confident and outgoing Trainer and Assessor to provide a high standard of delivery and assessments to aspiring international students for the following qualification :
- CHC52021 - Diploma of Community Services
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support
Training location is in Cannington, Perth. The available positions are for trainers / assessors who will be assigned student groups that will be timetabled according to the training plans and availability. Duties include but are not limited to :
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for the Diploma in Community Service courses.Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure they are current and relevant.Assess students' knowledge and skills through various assessment methods.Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and assessments.Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate them into the training program.Ensure compliance with relevant training and assessment standards and regulations.Participate in continuous professional development to enhance teaching and assessment skills.About you
You are well presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal skillsYou have previous experience in education / training based role and / or experience in the relevant industryYou have excellent presentation skills; including a positive and professional work mannerYou have the ability to priorities work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressuresYou are flexible in the hours you can work; evening and weekend work is requiredYou have or / are willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check (can be organised prior to commencing employment)Knowledge of the industry Training Package and guidelines for Community Services packageNecessary qualifications :
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.Relevant qualifications in Community Services, such as CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services, CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support, CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support, and CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support.Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the community services sector.Proven experience in training and assessment.Strong knowledge of community services practices and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.Note : A current driver license and own transport is desirable for this role.
