If you are looking to expand your horizons and embrace challenges, Cablewise is the ideal environment for you.The Role We Have For YouAs our team expands, we're on the hunt for a Project Manager with experience in managing commercial electrical and communications projects.Client Engagement : Key client contact, cultivating, building and maintaining client relationships.Technical Supervision : Oversee and ensure delivery of high-quality technical services, from project initiation to conclusion.Quality Control : Build, maintain and ensure high quality benchmarks across all projects.Team Leadership : Guide and mentor Projects Technicians, ensuring best practices are adhered to.Strategic Scheduling : Oversee project schedules and ensure optimal resource allocation.Tech-Integrated Workflow : Ensure seamless real-time documentation and reporting using advanced electronic systems like Procore, Simpro, etc.Management : Work with the Key Account Manager for strategic planning and execution.Growing the Team : Take a hands-on approach in mentoring and growing team members.The Ideal CandidateSomeone that has begun their Project Management career in the commercial space or someone who is currently a leading hand or site supervisor looking to take the next step off the tools.

It is a hybrid role working out of the office and on site managing multiple small to medium-sized commercial projects.For our Project Manager position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and skills : Leadership : Demonstrated experience in effectively leading small teams.Strategic Mindset : Ability to anticipate problems and devise solutions.Forward-Thinking : Anticipate needs and plan accordingly.Relationship Building : Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with our customers.Collaborative Spirit : Builds and promote team growth and collaboration.Proactive : Taking the initiative to address tasks and challenges.Autonomous : Able to work independently and make decisions.Organizational Skills : Effectively manage tasks, time, and resources.Required Skills / QualificationsTo excel in this role, candidates must possess the following essential skills and qualifications : WA Electricians License.Open Cabling Registration.Current and valid WA Electrical Nominee Accreditation will be advantageous.Comprehensive knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.Strong Leadership and communication abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills.Experience in a commercial, project management environment.Current and valid unrestricted WA Drivers licence.SimPRO and Procore experience will be advantageous.Reasons to Join the Cablewise TeamAt Cablewise, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.
