It's no surprise that staff retention rates are strong By investing heavily in human capital, the firm is well placed to enjoy it's current strong growth trajectory into the future Your Role Build trusted relationships with private businesses and high wealth family groups, supporting them in decision making, wealth realisation events and taxation matters Deliver tax advisory and compliance engagements as well as business advisory and structuring assignments Provide significant input into the long-term strategic vision of the business, utilise your commercial intellect to drive results at a firm level. Contribute to ongoing improvement including technology and systems implementations, marketing and staff training, as required Identify opportunities to provide additional add-value services to the base. Proactively seek new business opportunities About You You act with integrity and show care for the people you work with You have been gifted with a high-level of emotional intelligence that aids your ability to coach, mentor and develop a team You have previously worked for a well regarded mid tier or Big 4 firm (preferred but not essential) Are CA / CPA qualified Your Application
