Business Partner - Quality

The Role

This position offers a perfect opportunity for young professionals to work with a leading manufacturer, providing support to all Western Australian Operations around Quality Control systems, raw material quality, final product data analysis and process optimisation. The position within ADBRI is internally titled to Quality Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control Support : Overseeing raw material and final product quality, including testing, inspection, and sampling.
• Process Monitoring : Analysing trends in data to identify areas for improvement or non-conformance and working with production personnel to resolve issues.
• Collaboration : Partnering with various operational teams to ensure quality is maintained during changes or trials.
• Leadership : Leading quality meetings for specific locations (Munster, Kwinana, and Dongara), ensuring alignment on quality initiatives.
• Technical Expertise : Using resources like the BH laboratory to support investigations and trials.
