About the role :

As a Payroll Officer, you will provide high-quality end-to-end payroll processing services to ensure BaptistCare employees are paid and receive their entitlements correctly and on time.

About you : To be considered, you will have :

Considerable experience in payroll processing experienceAbility to interpret and deal with multiple sets of employment conditions and contractsAn understanding of legislated minimum employment conditions and remuneration entitlements in AustraliaExcellent telephone and communication skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to work accurately within tight deadlinesA detail focus for accuracyStrong analytical skillsT1 Payroll System experience (preferred)Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at workPractices communication that is respectful, open, consistent and two wayIf you're an experienced Payroll Officer looking for a meaningful role with flexibility and purpose, we'd love to hear from you!
