Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAPG Workforce is seeking a Full-Time Payroll Officer to join our busy national payroll team based in Bayswater North.Reporting directly to the National Payroll Manager working in a thriving and friendly teamthis is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established workforce solutions provider with operations across Australia.You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll functions across multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements (EAs), supporting a large and dynamic workforce.Key Responsibilities : Process timesheets manually and electronicallyRespond to payroll-related enquiries from staff and internal departmentsMaintain payroll records and update relevant reportsGeneral payroll admin duties as requiredUse of in-house payroll system (full training provided)Assist in continuous improvement and automation projectsWhat We're Looking For : Minimum 5 years of payroll experienceStrong working knowledge of Award and EA interpretationHigh attention to detail and excellent time managementIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with automated payroll systemsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFriendly, team-oriented, and solutions-focused attitudeRecruitment or labour hire industry experience is a bonus (not essential)What We Offer : Excellent remuneration packageFull-time, permanent position with immediate startFamily-friendly company culture and supportive managementBirthday leave and Health Day benefitsCareer growth and ongoing development opportunitiesBe part of a fun and high-performing team that works with some of Australia's biggest names in industryReady to join the team?
