As a trusted industry leader, we exhibit at all major Royal Shows nationwide, bringing unforgettable experiences to families across the country.The PositionWe're looking for a skilled and experienced Content Creator / Social Media Manager to help grow our multiple in-house brands by crafting high-quality content, building our brand's presence, PR, and driving audience engagement.

You'll oversee all social platforms, craft and implement effective and innovative social strategies for each brand and collaborate with influencers, media, and sponsoring partners.What we offerCompetitive RemunerationOpportunity to join an organization that is innovative and open to all your creative suggestionsExciting industry to work in with a lot of diversityAccess to Perth's leading family amusements, events, and showbags companyKey ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Curation : Develop and execute engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.Social Media Management : Develop, plan, and manage content calendars in line with our event schedule and significant holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Easter, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).

Drive product or ticket sales for events attracting 80k people.Branding : Ensure our brands are consistent throughout all media platforms.Community Engagement : Build relationships with our online audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze performance to update and adjust strategies as required to ensure campaign success.Trend Spotting : Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Carnival Amusements and National Showbags innovative and competitive.Collaborations : Work with influencers to create deliverables and impactful content for our brands.E-newsletters : Manage and create e-newsletters to engage our subscriber base, ensuring alignment with social media campaigns and promotional activities.Participate in other department activities as directed.What we're looking for4 years+ in social media management.Excellent content creation skills - creative, innovative, and thinks outside the box.Proven success in social media management with examples.Experience using META, Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Suite, and other relevant platforms.Great presentation and project management skills.Eye for design, detail, and photography.Graphic Design experience preferred but not essential.Strong written and verbal communication skills.If you are interested in joining the next phase of growth at Carnival Amusements, then please apply now.
