We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Valuer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate valuations of commercial properties, providing expert advice to clients, and supporting the company's growth in the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive valuations of various commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and mixed-use developments
Gather and analyse relevant market data, property information, and economic indicators to inform valuation assessments
Prepare detailed valuation reports that clearly communicate findings and methodologies to clients and stakeholders
Conduct site inspections and property tours to assess physical condition, location, and other relevant factors
Stay up to date with local, regional, and national property market trends and regulations
Liaise with clients, property owners, and other professionals in the real estate industry to gather necessary information
Utilise industry-standard valuation software and tools to support accurate assessments
Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships
Collaborate with team members on complex valuation projects
Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and company policies in all valuation activities
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or a related field.
Fully qualified Valuer, API.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office suite.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site inspections.
