• Install, maintain, and repair Billi systems
• Provide customer service and support
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Qualifications
• Trade certificate in plumbing, gas fitting, or electrical
• Experience in water treatment system installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
