Glencore employs over 145,000 people and operates around 150 mining and processing sites, oil production assets, and agricultural facilities in over 35 countries.The RoleThe successful candidate will become part of a proactive and committed team responsible for the provision of mine design and production scheduling services over the short- to medium-term planning horizon.You will be responsible for : Completion of a one-year field-based rotation including Mine Operations, Drill & Blast, and Survey;Provision of mine designs and schedules to satisfy business requirements over the short-term planning horizons;Monitoring of ore blending requirements;Reconciliation and delivery of mine performance and rolling schedules;Mining production field guidance; andAdding value through continuous process improvement.About YouThis role would suit a tertiary qualified graduate wanting to kick start their career within our sustainable business with a focus on tomorrow.
