We're looking for an experienced and compassionate leader to support and guide our dedicated AOD team in delivering essential services to the Ballarat community.

In this key role, you'll work closely with the Manager of AOD to ensure exceptional service delivery, contribute to program development and provide supervision and mentoring to the team. You may also hold a small client caseload when needed.
