The Role

As Specialist Claims , reporting to the National Manager – Claims within the Compass Care team, you will provide claims management services supporting multiple sectors. Your role is to ensure safe, durable, and timely claims outcomes, focusing on effective service delivery, system and process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is key in delivering claims management and injury recovery services aligned with the company's values and injury management policies.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations.
• Notify incidents and claims promptly.
• Collect and consolidate information for liability assessment and third-party recoveries.
• Maintain accurate claims records across all stages.
• Calculate income compensation accurately and timely.
• Manage income payments and related expenses.
• Support legal and process compliance, providing feedback on issues.
