About the Opportunity :

PARC Engineering is seeking experienced and proactive HSE Advisors for upcoming FIFO projects across Western Australia. These roles offer the opportunity to significantly contribute to health, safety, and environmental management across diverse resource projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert health, safety, and environmental advice, ensuring compliance with OHS&E regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct workplace investigations, including ICAMs, audits, and risk assessments, while identifying incident trends and building strong relationships with clients.
• Promote and drive a strong safety culture across the site, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure continuous safety improvements.
• Potential to grow and manage the Infrastructure HSE team, including reports from a HSE Advisor and an HSE Graduate.
